Exchange and Return Policy
At Tudo Prata , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a clear and fair exchange and return policy, respecting the Consumer Protection Code.
1. Deadline for Exchanges and Returns
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the order to request a return due to regret, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for in article 49 of the CDC.
In cases of products with manufacturing defects , the period is up to 30 calendar days from receipt.
2. Conditions for Exchange or Return
For the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must:

Be free from signs of use, wear or damage

Be in original packaging (if applicable)

Be accompanied by the invoice and all items that were sent together
Products outside these conditions may be returned to the customer.
3. How to Apply
Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email , informing:

Full name and CPF

Reason for exchange or return

Product photos (in case of defect)
Our team will get back to you with instructions on how to ship the item.

4. Shipping Costs

In cases of defect or error in shipping , the cost of return shipping will be at our expense.

In cases of exchange for taste, size or return due to regret , the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund
The refund will be made according to the payment method:

Credit card: refund requested from the card operator (may take up to 2 invoices)

PIX or boleto via Mercado Pago/PayPal: refund made directly to the account provided
The refund period is up to 10 business days after receipt and analysis of the product.
6. Defective Product
If the product is defective within 30 days, we will exchange or refund it according to the customer's choice. Products damaged by misuse will not be accepted for exchange.
