1. Processing Time
After payment confirmation (via Mercado Pago or PayPal ), your order will be processed within 2 business days . This is the time required to separate, package and post the product.

Deliveries are made by:

The customer can choose the shipping method when completing the purchase.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. The estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout. After shipping, you will receive a tracking code via email to track your delivery.
4. Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at the time of purchase, based on the weight, dimensions of the product and destination zip code. Occasionally, we offer free shipping in promotional campaigns, which will be advertised in the store.
5. Delivery Attempts
In case of absence at the address provided, the Post Office or carrier will make up to three delivery attempts . After this, the order may be returned to our distribution center. Reshipment will be the customer's responsibility.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is essential that the registered address is correct and complete. Tudo Prata is not responsible for deliveries not made due to incorrect data. If the order is returned, a new shipping fee will be charged.
7. Delays
Delays may occur during periods of high demand (such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) or for external reasons (strikes, natural phenomena, etc.). In these cases, our team will be available to monitor and provide support.
